I always stay in close communication with the listing agent and am known as someone who gets it done and is easy to work with throughout the escrow process.
• Sellers: I think one of the most important steps in getting the highest return is prepping your home prior to listing. I provide a plan and support to help with this as well as staging to help it stand out from other listings. Once active, my customized marketing plan and strong local network will optimize your listing's exposure and return.
• Relocation Clients: I love to tour neighborhoods and share specific information and tidbits about each along with local resources. These insights will make you feel connected and settled quickly so you can get on with life!

Life Beyond Real Estate

When I’m not working with clients, I’m taming our large perennial garden, exploring trails, trying our many great spots for wine/cocktails & appetizers or spending time with our 75lb "velcro" dog Pinot. And when we can, we love to scuba dive & bird in locations far and wide as there is so much to see out there!
